The Memory & Attention Control Lab (M.A.C. Lab) conducts research examining basic memory and attention processes that support human behavior. The Researchers of the M.A.C. Lab are focused on three key research areas.
Experimental
Our experimental research is designed to target and manipulate cognitive representations and mental processes that act on these representations.
Individual Differences
Our individual differences research is designed to characterize variability in mental abilities and specify its relation with higher-order cognition (e.g., intelligence).
Neuroimaging
Our fMRI and EEG research is designed to record and analyze neural signals that result from brain functioning linked to cognition.
